Specialising in positive psychology coaching, I also work closely with professionals and parents of children with ADHD and other neurodivergent characteristics through my organisation positive Education UK & Ireland, to help reduce stress, improve executive functioning, minimise anxiety and overwhelm, and increase self-efficacy.
